We had a little over an hour for lunch before our tour of the cathedral. We made reservations on line only about 45 minutes before we would be at the restaurant. It worked perfectly. We had the salmon which was the fish of the day; wonderful!!! We also had the lemon tart with meringue that they say they are famous for; one of the best lemon desserts I have ever had. I highly recommend!!!

We only had one day in the city and wanted to find a special place to have lunch. We happened upon Harold and were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was! The atmosphere and design was vibrant, yet comfortable. The food was fantastic. The service friendly and professional. It was one of our favorite restaurants during our week in France. I highly recommend it!

Very enjoyable lunch. We sat in the courtyard and choose the 2 course set menu. Food was perfectly cooked and we had good attention from the staff. We’d recommend coming here.

Friendly, attentive service and excellent food. The duck leg was cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. A dish happily rearranged to suit one of our party who has food intolerances. The lemon meringue was superb! Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Harold Le Restaurant in Reims. I stopped in for an Americano and a slice of cake, and both were absolutely delightful — the coffee was smooth and well-balanced, and the cake was fresh and delicious. The service stood out just as much as the food; the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant itself is beautifully artistic, with thoughtful details in its design that make it feel both stylish and inviting. A lovely bonus is the gift shop next door, filled with exquisite and unique pieces that complement the restaurant’s creative ambiance. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy not only excellent food and coffee, but also a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended if you’re in Reims!

We arrived hungry without reservations on a weekday at close to 1pm and the place was full. We were advised that a table would be available after close to half an hour. And because the place was full, we reckon this would be the place for us. And we were so glad that we did. The service was very good. A bit of waiting time but certainly not long, allowed us to talk about how our day was progressing. All that we ordered, we were very pleased with despite our being unfamiliar with French cuisine. Top of the list was the fish. The risotto and the duck tartare were definitely high on our list. The brioche dessert which was a delicious pudding with creamy caramel was the champion item of our meal. Those who served us were patient and very courteous. The toilets were good. One of the rare restaurants not in a top hotel where the faucet had hot water. Thank you all for serving us our meal today.

A good restaurant in the heart of Reims in a quiet location. I ordered the menu of the day, a plate with a steak in wine sauce with baked potatoes and lettuce. It was delicious but the steak was unfortunately a bit stringy. However, my friends liked theirs. For dessert you have to taste their lemon pie- you won't regret it. The staff are very helpful and nice.

Very tasty pork, fish, salad, lemon tart, and chocolate with cream cake. Friendly service. We inadvertently arrived 15 minutes before opening but we’re permitted to sit without reservation. I do recommend a reservation if you ever plan to visit…by quarter past noon this place was packed. I would like to eat here again.
